Corporate trainers will lead individuals as well as account teams. They lead by example from the start of the hiring of new employees, train in the office and onsite, and help in the professional development of team members. Once an individual has proven results in our marketing systems and the training of others to duplicate results, they will move into an Assistant Director role. The individual is expected to continue to drive results while beginning to learn the management operations. The Director of Operations gets the opportunity to run their own territory for clients. By developing and empowering others, they get to continue to grow the client portfolio and expand geographically.
